No, at present time EZPronounce only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer. It also
pronounce selected or highlighted word in Microsoft Word, WordPad or Notepad.

No, EZPronounce only runs on the computer with Microsoft .NET Framework Version

How do I know if my computer has Microsoft .NET
Framework 2.0 installed?

Click Start/Settings/Control Panel, and then double click the Add or Remove Programs
icon. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you
see Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 listed, Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is already
installed on your computer.

Why can’t EZPronounce pronounce some certain words but
shows a message says “EZPronounce cannot find the audio clip for the word from any
audio clip source.”?

The audio clips that EZPronounce plays are from free online dictionaries. You get
the message because none of these free online dictionaries has the audio clip for
the highlighted word
